What is a virtual assistant?
A VA is there to make running your business feel a little less relentless. Whether it's creating social media content, email marketing or creating client documents, I take care of the jobs that need doing but don't need to be done by you. Which might mean more time growing your business or simply making it to your kids sports day without checking your emails every five minutes.

How do I work?
First, we jump on a quick Zoom call. Just a casual chat about your business and where you could use a hand. We’ll figure out what kind of hours and tasks suit you best (nothing complicated). Then I’ll send over a simple contract, get the info I need, and crack on with it. You’ll get regular updates so you’re never left wondering, and I’m always just an email away. No office, no drama, just solid support that frees you up to focus on the good stuff.

- Social Media Support – I help you show up online without the stress. I’ll plan and create your posts, keep an eye on your comments and messages, and make sure your account doesn’t go quiet for weeks on end. From one post a week to full support, I have my social media packages to suit whatever stage your business is at. Social Media Packages
- Email Marketing – (MailerLite only) Stay in touch with your audience without another job on your to-do list. I’ll create up to 4 email newsletters each month, including the copy, images and links, all written in your tone of voice. I’ll also schedule your emails and manage your MailerLite subscriber lists, so you don’t have to keep remembering to do it yourself. £180 per month
- Document Creation – I design clear, impactful PDFs, welcome guides, presentations, reports and training materials that reflect your brand.
- Customer Support – I look after your customer messages like they’re my own. Quick replies, kind words, and all the little check-ins that make people feel looked after (and remember your brand for all the right reasons).
- Admin Support – File management and proofreading (sometimes all you need is another pair of eyes), gift sourcing.

How do I know my business information is secure?
Confidentiality and professionalism are top priorities. I use secure tools, GDPR compliant, I am ICO registered and follow strict data protection practices to keep your business information safe and fully insured.
What is your rate?
My hourly rate is £32 per hour.
Whether you need an extra pair of hands for an hour a month or regular weekly support, you only pay for the time I actually work.
For ad-hoc work, a 2-hour deposit is required before we get started, and I use reliable time-tracking software so you'll always know exactly where your time has been spent.
If you'd prefer ongoing support, you can book a monthly retainer to reserve dedicated time in my diary. Retainer hours, Social Media and Email Marketing are paid for upfront to secure your allocated time.Testimonials

Hi, I'm Liz, your go-to Virtual Assistant based in South Essex.
I'm a mum of 2 and spent 17 years in the corporate world across Customer Success and Account Management, so trust me, I understand what it's like when your to-do list never seems to end.
I started my VA business because I kept seeing brilliant business owners trying to do everything themselves. The social media, client work, emails, everything. No wonder so many people end up working evenings and weekends.
The truth is, I genuinely love helping small businesses because I know how much goes into running one.
I know the pressure of trying to keep on top of everything and feeling like there's never enough time in the day. That's why I care about taking work off my clients' hands. Not just because it frees up time, but because I know what a difference it makes when someone reliable has your back.
